I had multiple requirements, Upvc French doors corroded so badly internally that it wouldn't open. Both misaligned and very stiff and tricky to lock. Another similar door that wouldn't lock and very misaligned. Both these I tried to fix over many hours myself, without any success. A wooden front door latch that I had repaired many times but nothing left to do with it. Finally I needed a discreet lock fitted to an internal cupboard.
